Garden Studio
These warm, sunny Studios are set amongst the gardens and each has a patio right outside the door. Designed for open-plan living, the lounge leads into a sleeping nook with super-king beds so comfortable you won't want to leave. Each Garden Studio has a lovely rural view and a kitchenette including a microwave, bench-top oven, electric fry-pan, toaster and tea and coffee making facilities. The Studios are heated, have electric blankets on the beds, and have quality furnishings throughout including hairdryers, irons and ironing boards. Unlimited WiFi, parking, and Sky Guest Select TV are free. The fold down sofa-bed allows for one additional adult or two small children. The studio can be furnished with two king-single beds instead of a super-king for an additional $30.00. Please advise on your booking if you require twin single beds or the sofa-bed so your studio will be ready upon your arrival.
Garden Studio Twin
Perfect for people travelling together who like the comfort of their own bed at night, the Garden Studio Twin has king-single beds fitted with electric blankets. Set amongst the gardens with a patio right outside the ranch slider the Studio has a lovely rural view and a kitchenette including a microwave, bench-top oven, electric fry-pan, toaster and tea and coffee making facilities. 1-Bedroom "Cosy Cottages"
The 1-bedroom "cosy cottages" have lovely views from every room. The bedrooms have comfortable super king-size beds fitted with electric blankets (in case of the occasional snowflake falling) and are snug and warm – just right for a romantic getaway. The lounges are spacious, with sofa-beds, meaning there is room for one additional adult or 2 small children. The lounge leads onto a covered deck, which is fitted with a security/insect screen, so you can leave your cottage open to the cooling evening Taieri breeze in summer. There is undercover parking right alongside the cottages. The cottages are heated, and have quality furnishings throughout including hairdryer, iron and ironing board. WiFi, parking and Sky Guest Select TV is free. With full cooking facilities and plenty of storage, whether you are staying just one night on business or vacationing for longer, you will not be disappointed. Accessibility option available.
2-Bedroom "Family Cottages"
The 2-bedroom "family cottages" are very spacious with a large central lounge leading onto a covered veranda boasting lovely rural views. The ranch-slider is fitted with a security/insect screen, so you can leave your cottage open to the cooling evening Taieri breeze in summer. There is undercover parking right alongside the cottages. The kitchens have full cooking facilities and plenty of storage. All beds are fitted with electric blankets; one bedroom has a super-king bed, the second bedroom twin king-single beds. The lounge has an additional king-single bed and two fold-down sofa-beds, each suitable for 1 adult or 2 small children. The cottages are heated, and have quality furnishings throughout including hairdryer, iron and ironing board. WiFi, parking and Sky Guest Select TV is free. These cottages are hot favourites for families and friends travelling together. Accessibility option available.
Family Garden Studio
Togetherness – with privacy. The Family Garden Studio contains a super-king bed and two king-single beds in different sleeping areas. Featuring two bathrooms and two lounges each with a TV, it is ideal for families with teenagers or couples travelling together. The fold down sofa-beds in each lounge allows for additional sleeping accommodation for two people if required. The beds are fitted with electric blankets. The studio has cooking facilities, is heated, and has quality furnishings throughout including hairdryer, iron and ironing board. WiFi, parking and Sky Guest Select TV is free. This lovely studio has a rural outlook, cooking facilities and quality furnishings throughout. Visa or Mastercard details are required to secure your booking. No charge is put through to your account until your arrival with direct telephone or email bookings.
Check-in time from 2.00pm on the day of arrival and check-out by 10.00am on the day of departure.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans get changed from time to time, so whenever possible we will do our best to accommodate you should you need to change your booking. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- For bookings of a duration of up to 6 nights, 72 hours notice of cancellation required or a cancellation fee of one nights' accommodation may apply.
- For bookings of a duration of 7 nights or longer, 7 days notice is required or a cancellation fee of the booked accommodation may apply.
- For multiple room bookings of 1 night, 7 days notice of cancellation is required, or a cancellation fee of the booked accommodation may apply.
- For multiple room bookings of more than 1 night and where a deposit has not been paid, 7 days notice of cancellation is required, or a cancellation fee of the booked accommodation may apply.
- Shortening the duration of the stay upon checking in or after, may result in the cancelled period of accommodation being charged.
- For bookings that have been affected by Covid 19 travel restrictions, the cancellation fee will be charged, and a voucher issued for a rescheduled booking date, which must be within 60 days of the original checking in date.
Group bookings
If the entire accommodation booking is to be paid by one person or entity, valid visa or mastercard details are to be provided by the person taking responsibility for the booking. If each unit booked is to be paid for individually by the people accommodating the units, separate visa or mastercard details are to be provided for each unit.
A deposit of one night's accommodation will be charged to the card 3 months prior to the checking in date. Alternatively, you may arrange to deposit directly into our bank account. This is fully refundable should the booking be cancelled 30 days prior to checking in. The balance will be charged 3 days prior to checking in.
For bookings that are affected by Covid 19 travel restrictions after the deposit has been paid and within 30 days prior to checking in date, the amount of the deposit will be applied to a rescheduled booking date, which must be within 60 days of the original checking in date. This may be used by group or individual booking. If the accommodation booking is not rescheduled for a stay within 60 days, a minimum of 1 night's accommodation on each unit booked will be charged i.e. the deposit paid becomes non-refundable.
