These open-plan Garden Studios are set amongst the gardens, each with a private patio right outside the door. Each Garden Studio is fitted with a super-king bed and includes a well-equipped kitchenette with a fridge/freezer, microwave, bench-top oven, electric fry pan, toaster, and tea and coffee making facilities. They are fully heated and furnished for a comfortable stay, and include a hairdryer, iron, and ironing board. The compact futon sofa bed allows for one additional small adult or child.

Garden Studio Twin
The open-plan Garden Twin Studio is set amongst the gardens and features two single beds. It has the same layout and amenities as our Garden Studio, including a private patio, well-equipped kitchenette with a fridge/freezer, microwave, bench-top oven, electric fry pan, toaster, and tea and coffee making facilities. A newly installed heat pump/air conditioning unit ensures year-round comfort. The Twin Studio also includes a hairdryer, iron, and ironing board. The compact futon sofa bed allows for one additional small adult or child.

Our one-bedroom 'Cosy Cottages' offer spacious, self-contained accommodation with a separate bedroom featuring a super-king bed. The cottages open onto a covered deck with a security/insect screen, where you can relax and enjoy views across the surrounding gardens and rural landscape. Newly installed heat pump/air conditioning units ensure year-round comfort.
The cottages have full cooking facilities, are furnished for a comfortable stay, and include a hairdryer, iron, and ironing board. Single covered parking is provided directly beside each cottage (please note that height restrictions apply). The compact futon sofa bed in the lounge allows for one additional small adult or child.

Family Garden Studio
These spacious Family Garden Studios combine two interconnecting studios, making them suitable for families, especially those travelling with teenagers who appreciate their own space. Featuring a super-king bed and two single beds in separate sleeping areas, there is added space and privacy.
Each studio includes its own bathroom and lounge with a TV, providing the convenience of two bathrooms and two living areas. Both studios are fully heated and furnished for a comfortable stay, with hairdryers, irons, and ironing boards provided. The compact futon sofa beds in each lounge can accommodate up to two additional small adults or children if required.

Reservations
We accept Visa and Mastercard. A valid card is required to secure all bookings. The card provided will be charged the full amount of your booking up to 3 days prior to your scheduled arrival, unless alternative payment arrangements have been agreed to in advance. All bookings must be paid in full by the time of check-in.
Check-in time is from 2pm on the day of arrival and check-out by 10am on the day of departure. Earlier or later checking in and out times are subject to availability, please inquire in advance.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans get changed from time to time, so whenever possible we will do our best to accommodate you should you need to change your booking.
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
Standard reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 72 hours before the scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival, or no shows, may incur a cancellation fee of up to one night's accommodation.
Group bookings (4 or more rooms) and extended stays (14+ days) are subject to separate terms and conditions, including cancellation, and payment requirements (which may include a deposit). These terms will be advised at the time of booking.
Once checked in, early departures may be charged for the original reserved stay.
